I was wondering if i could change the figure of agent, to put a cartoon or my photo cartoon, or something else...

I posted some alternatives for creating "animation-like" actions. Once you get a feel for the Actions in CourseLab, you may find they provide a lot of flexibility to accomplish what you need (even using images of yourself )

The agents are flash timeline animations and not the most easy to make: if I remember well the animations must have a defined format because the main programme has influence what the agent does.

Succesfull replacing parts would make you a hacker

If you want any custom ones then the courselab dev team can make them for you.
They are built in components of the program so difficult to change.

Or as Barend says if you have the skills....

Once I looked at the inside of such an agent to see if I could make one myself. I like flash
I'm afraid it will take a week or two to determine how these agents are composed and build one myself. Apart from that, my drawing talent is zero ...
