If it is on your own PC then there are packages for both Moodle and Claroline that will work in windows. I would think it best not to use them with Vista unless they explicitly say they will work.
If you want to use a web delivered moodle then you do need a specigic type of server

thank you for your sharing with us , however , me be you mean Quiz feedback , you need to create feedback texts And Attach to Current Results object some events sequence of actions

Hi Ahmed,

LMS is a learner mangagement system - an administrative platform that manages access, views, stats etc. for course participants and administrators etc.
There are many LMSs including open source versions such as Moodle and Claroline.

You can customize free versions of the above to run on your own servers (or local host for testing)but you will need to refer to the help/supports available from the respective LMS providers. I suggest you google Moodle and/or Claroline for more information.
