CourseLab dead?

I am just wondering whether CourseLab is dead . The last news was released in 2008. The latest version was released in 2008. The latest version available for download is dated Feb 2009. Are the developers continuing to develop it? I wouldn't like to invest time in learning and using an application that has reached a dead end.
