Adding Module to Templates

Adding Module to Templates

I am getting an error message when trying to use the Adding Module to Templates function. (Error copying file C:\Program Files\... to the C:\....\start.hta & module.js Access is denied) I am assuming this is a problem on my end. Any suggestions on how to get past this?

Hi Rita
Which OS are you using? It might be more the version of windows creating the problem rather than Courselab itself which seems to be trying to do wahat you've asked it to.

Hi Rita
I'm enduring vista too. I did have something similar recently which I put down to the security model. After becoming very frustrated with the constant Are you sure?, do you really want to do this? Well Yes I just told you too!!!!
I modified the security levels and the PC now mostly does what I tell it to. No more denied access.
Got to hope the next version of windows isn't as flakey and slow.
** Check the properties of the folders and your general security settings or roll back to XP.
