Everytime I try and import my powerpoint courselab crashes. I have tried importing individual pages and this works up to a point but a large amount of my text seems to go missing.
I feel a little cheated after spending $99 for this tool that does not work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?  

I've not ever seen the powerpoint import utility.. BUT there are strands which do indicate some problems where some effects have been applied in PP.
I understand that there are some ongoing works on this, the problem is the translation of the effects into an html equivalent.
Probably if you switch off some of the text effects then these text areas might import into a text box???

First, make sure that you are using latest versions of both CourseLab and PP Import Pack, because version incompatibility may lead to crash in some cases (in fact, it is the only reason for crashes that we know now - when PP Import Pack build is newer than CourseLab's build).
If this will not work, please send us (support@courselab.com) detailed information on operating system, CourseLab and PowerPoint (Microsoft's) versions, that you are using.
