Completion settings

How do I set up either runtime settings or actions and methods so users get an Incomplete completion status if they fail a test? I can get the test to score correctly, but when I fail a test, the LMS shows my course completion status as Complete.
I have set two runtime settings rules: one for the passing score, and one for the fail score. Please help.

Hi, Amy,

Actually it can depends on LMS logic in managing statuses. It seems that you were set rules for Success status (passed and failed), not for completion status. If you need the module never be failed (passed or incomplete only), then you do not need rule for "failed" status at all.
