I hope you can help me, I'm trying to open external URL using to methods:
1) external url component, just writing the IP, the I got error:
line:2, character:1, Error:not specify, url:Start.hta,
2) using javascrit with an action in an image the code is;
window.open("http://IP","","toolbar=no, location=no, directories=no, status=yes, menubar=no, scrollbars=yes, resizable=no, width=700, height=350"
I got the error:
line:1242,character:2,error:not specify, url:courselab.js

please help me  

Courselab uses relative and absolute addressing pre and post production.
This will mess up your attempt.
When is this happening?
You may find that you also kick off some browser generated alerts, js opening another address not on the same domain is seen as quite risky.
