There is a newer version but it's Russian language only. Quite what's going on? I don't have a clue. Given that most of the commercial alternatives are working on a 2year life cycle and then usually issuing minor revisions only a year and a bit isn't really so worrying. But I must admit that it would be nice to know whats going on.
