Plugin error

Hi guys!
I've this problem with CourseLab 2.4,

when in a slide there's a Quinktime movie, when I click to go to the next slide a massage box said "Plugin error", by clicking ok the next slide is load correctly.

Any ideas?

In it possible turn-off the error message dialog box?
