First off, I bought the extra template pack, and installed it, but didn't see it listed in the template choices.

Then, assuming someone is so kind to tell me how to find those new templates, I need to change the template in a module I've already created.

I don't know about the templates pack but afaik, you can only rebuild the module with a new template.

If you insist, you can build a new empty course with a new template, copy all except the contents of 1/images in it from the old course and then spend your xmas holiday to add all missing pictures / icons from the new template.

Personally, I would not recomend this action
