Hi Nick, good you're back

imho you cannot scale the output; the only thing you can do is open the course in fullscreen but then it will stay the same size.
Flash can be scalable but that's another story

Normally I develop for 1024x768 screensize, most people can see the whole course then. Take care, 1024 x 768 is not the size of the course, you have to count in the border etc.

Opening in a popup with javascript has the advantage you can hide most bars.
