is this possible - once a user has answered a question and hit the submit button can the answer be automatically sent to an email address?

Hi Sharon, this has been asked before and.....
IF the user has a mail client like Outlook or Thunderbird you could use some javascript to open it, add a mail address and title line, even some content. So with a client installed on the PC its a yes.
BUT if they use a web mail service it will fail. So no client on the PC it's a no.
ALSO the user can edit whatever you add which might not be what you want to happen.
AND if the users PC isn't online the mail might not be sent.
