Downloading and installing

I have downloaded Course lab, but when I try to install it, I get the message that there is no content in the ZipFolder. However my computer shows 11,026Kb. What is the solution?[]

So Stephen can we have some background on this...
Which version of windows?
Are you using the windows built in unzipper, Winzip or winrar?

If you have Vista there can be random and severe problems encountered in unzipping files. The business and home versions seem to be the worst offenders. You can see zero content or appalingly slow extractions measured in bits a second!!
In any case I'd suggest first downloading 7zip and use that for all of your zipping tasks. (http://www.7-zip.org/)Try the download with that first.
If it also reports no content then the zip is probably corrupt. If you don't have a fast connection use a download manager which should help, there are some good extensions for firefox that will handle this.

Just a thought.... IF you do have any version of Vista then do the following:
1. disconnect from the net
2. Open taskmanager and
(a)disable any virus checker you've added
(b)disable MsMpEng.exe if it running
3. Try opening the zip.

If it works and unzips then it will install. Restart your av then finish off the installation and registration.

This sometimes is helpful on XP too.
