I've sent the answer to your e-mail. I don't think the problem is on server, since main and alternate servers are located on different providers. I also can send you CourseLab installer by e-mail but it is quite big (about 16MB).

They will allow you trasnfer file up to 100 MB. Private link.

I don't think G-Mail would appreciate a 16MB mail attachment too much Slav!!
Minoru it might just be the way it is, a lot does depend on the way you are connecting to the internet. If it is too slow to download in one session you could install a download manager and just resume the download when you want to. Then you could do it in a few sessions.
