Password Protect Scorm

I am looking for code to password protect the scorm module after publishing.

I am using moodle and the moodle module doesnt have a password protect button.

I would like the student to click on my SCORM lesson module and have to insert a password to access it. Adobe Captivate does this but that software crashes my site every time.

If anyone has the code I would need and what file to insert it, it would help me out alot.

Thanks

The security is provided at the LMS level. So if you have a course on moodle a user can only access it by: (a) logging into moodle as a user and (b)being authorised on that log in to access that specific module or group of modules.
This also gives you an audit trail within moodle so you can see who accessed what when.
It is going to be difficult to add any security layer to the module itself.
Go back to the fairly simple and basic set up of moodle and users.

I figured out an easy solution for my students.

The student has to take the first lesson to get a password for moodle's quiz module. Then moodles quiz module gives a password for the next lesson.

My solution is to insert a question page as the first slide and ask what is the password. If the student did not pass the previous lesson's quiz than they can not enter the lesson.

Simple solution to password.

My regulators want a linear progression through my course without skipping around.

Thanks for your input.

That's a nice simple solution and not at all difficult to implement.
