audio publish - no audio

I am developing learning Indonesian sequences. I have linked audio to words (Text) via onclick and sound. When I publish no sound files import into the package. Is there a trick I am missing?

Hi, sometimes courselab doesn't move files when it publishes, often this is a simple case of the files not being refreshed.
If you do find a sound or movie file is not displaying the first action to take is to look at the published module.
Open the folder called '1' and the folder inside that called 'images'. If you scroll through this you should find that your sound file is missing. If this is the case then just drag a copy of it (the sound file)into this folder and drop it to copy the file over.
If the file is there then delete the sound action in the page and then add the action again. Use the file source as the file that courselab has already copied to the module.
The best way to avoid this is to update the objects used in the module before you publish.

Hi,

Here's my detailed scenario.
I have a 16 slide course module; and the text has been added using simple text box etc.
Audio coresponding to that text box has been converted using a text to speech converter (www.ispeech.org).
These audio files have been assigned to the corresponding text boxes by going to Format Objects >> Sound >> File (browsed the corresponding file)
When I run the module on CourseLab it plays the audio; however when published we cannot hear any audio.
Require your assistance to get this fixed

Thanks in advance

A little information needed, first about the files you are using:
What platform are you using to generate the sound files
If using an ispeech app to generate the sound files which version is it
What format are the files in

Next how are you using these files:
Are they on a removable media device like a CD or USB
Are they being used from a web based source, an LMS or similar.
If yes to above does the host support streaming?
If you don't know make a CD version of the module on try on your PC

Does it fail on Explorer, Firefox, Safari or on all web browsers you try.

The above would be helpful to know

The audio files are generated online and I save them as .mp3 on my laptop.
I have assigned each object with these mp3 files stored on my laptop.
I tried it on chrome & firefox however no luck with the audio on that browser.
