Uninstall and reinstall new build
  View type:
Receive error message when trying to view module by hitting F5. IE7 says not enough to storage to complete operation. Continue scripts Y/N?. Tried to install new build but says previous version must be uninstalled use Add/Remove in Control Panel. Tried that but receive message that says cannot locate install file. Evidently I have deleted that. What do I need to do to uninstall present build and install new build

Hi Craig, first of all which OS are you using? I'm suspicious it might be Vista, actions will be different between Vista and XP.
If you have Vista how much RAM do you have??
Get back to you once you let us know.

thanks for your reply.
OS = XP SP2
Ram = 1GB

I uninstalled some new programs I tried and I think during uninstall I must have uninstalled something courselab used to allow me to view module in IE7.

prior to this I had no problem. Also my previous build is 080609

On XP that should be more than enough RAM to most things. However if you get it again repeat with the task manager running and see what is doing what with your memory.
The uninstall, re-install is pretty simple as long as you have the MSI!! So get a fresh copy from here, remember ignore any virus messages you get as they are BS. This will install 090219 build that has had a few small fixes.
It'll update objects when you use a previously built module.
I'd be blaming exploder, sorry explorer, it might be worth a re-install to make sure all it's components are there.
If it had been Vista I wouldn't have been surprised at all by anything strange or bizarre it might do..

Thanks again Nickj

My problem is I don't have the original msi any longer. at least I c/n find it. The 090219 build will not allow me to uninstall my present version. Any changes of getting the 080609 build anywhere?

Re-install of IE7 fixed problem with viewing module using F5 key.

However, still cannot uninstall present version to install latest build 090219.

My present build version is 080609. I cannot locate my copy of that msi. It seems I need that copy to uninstall. Can you help me locate a copy of build 080609.

Hi Craig, I'd be tempted to delete the entire old build folder and then fix the registry. You'd certainly loose the old version off of your system and cleaning up the menus would be pretty simple. Cleaning up the registry by hand would be a bit of a pain though, but there are some good registry cleaners available.
