1. CourseLab has no special player for Flash Video files, therefore FLV files need to be embedded in SWF to be played in CourseLab modules. It can be made quite easy using Adobe Flash (and perhaps with some third party utilities). It's not ideal solution though, but that's what will work.
2. You can make Flash-movie object invisible by default, and switch it to visible by DISPLAY action (and use the PLAY method of Flash-movie object). In this case all files will be within your project. That's first that I thought, perhaps there are another solutions also.
