Courses hang while "Loading Images"
  View type:
Hi All,

I am new to CourseLab and am testing to see if I can replace Lectora with this application.

I am 15 slides into my first course. It has been previewing fine in the past, but now many of my slides hang during "Loading Images". This occurs in preview and also after the course has been published.

Additional notes:
- If I skip loading, all of the images appear fine.
- I usually import images by pasting them directly into CourseLab
- I have tried using the "compress images" and "update object" functions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

- Jon

I determined that the issue is caused by a standard block list that is located on a few slides. When I set my block list item mark to arrow, the symbol does not appear on the slide. This also results in the "Loading Images" problem. If I change it to any other symbol it works fine.

The arrow item mark works fine for other lists, just not the standard block list.

Any suggestions on how I can get correct this?

Thanks again,

- Jon

Dear Jon!
Unfortunately, it is the bug in the Standard Blocklist object. Pointer arrow style has an error in description, therefore it cannot be displayed. And the module waits for non-existing image to be loaded...
Unfortunately, it cannot be fixed on your side. We will fix this object in the next release that coming soon. Please update your copy of CourseLab when it will be available.
Thank you for reporting!
