Yes. The main differences are:
- bug with XML document creation in FireFox fixed (can occur in some LMS when returning to course)
- Screen Capture and PowerPoint Import Packs can work only with build 2007-06-04 and later
- registration process is slightly changed from build 2007-06-10.
Also some minor corrections and fixes applied.
