If this is delivered as a stand alone module or lesson then it is a self contained object, it doesn't communicate with the outside world. It isn't supposed to. The module is supported by a standalone SCORM API and CLI to handle messaging that are only active for the session that is live, they has no memory of that session once it is finished.
However Jonathon Yassen (search for the thread using FLASH ) Has a routine that can save externally to the module.
Logging in , testing and recording the results needs an external structure, this will be an LMS or CMS of some kind.
Have a look at Moodle, Claroline, KEWL to get an idea of what you need as a full support structure. If this is on an existing Intranet using sharepoint then the learning SDK by M$ also works.
