I'm a new user of CourseLab. I want have a quiz question answered on each slide. I have created the slides, have a hotspot to open the quiz slide, and have the quiz slide customized. How do I get the quiz answers to record together in a file or on a page that can be reviewed or printed?

There's a few ways you can do this depending on the level of detail you want to capture.
Basic would be to use the standard information captured by a question but I think you are after a bit more detail. Essentially you would need to add an action or actions to capture the part of the users interaction into a variable for each question.
If the variables are made global then you can simply show them in a text object on a page
