1: How to change the position of Comments tab and the comments popup screen.

Note: By default it gives Left & Vertical aligned only

These are fixed, so moving it isn't really an option.
Best thing to do is add a button and a pop-up with the comments in it. This is pretty much all the default tabbed set does.
