I have had CL for some time now and finally are implementing it's intended purpose. However, I find in creating a course and in the selecting a template, NO templates are shown. In fact I can proceed no further with out selection. I have re-installed CL thinking it did not load the templates, but that has proved not to be the case. Any help here would be appreciated.

Perhaps you are logged in as different user (different with the one who installed CourseLab) when creating this course.
The possible reason is that templates (and other data files) are located in different user profile (CourseLab always use current user profile to search them). You may just copy all CourseLab data folder from one profile to another. Data folder is located in
C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\Websoft\CourseLab 2.4 in Vista/7 or similar profile in c:\Documents and Settings in XP.
