is there any way to export all scores into excel after user completed the quizzes/survey ?

Hi Elaine.. I'd ask how good are your JS scripting and general programming skills?
LOL I know the answer to that already if only because you've asked this question.
The answer is none official, the idea is that you get granular results like this from your LMS.
Barend who does good stuff with JS might have some ideas on this.

I think most easy way to do is to use an LMS and export the results to a tab delimited file which can be opened in excel.

I don't think you want the user to export to xls because they could change their rating.
