When i use firefox to access to the course, the sound no play.
Is there any solution other than using IE?

CL sound defaults to Windows Media Player.

Either ask your students to install Media Player plugin in Firefox or use some other player which can f.i. be a flash mp3 player (pd or your own). You also might try to play an mp3 in the videoplayer.
