Yes. There are two ways to do this:
1) Select the agent, then click and drag the corners of the object so it takes up a larger space. The agent won't look bigger in the work window, but if you click Module>View Slide you'll see a larger agent.
2) In the Format Object>Size tab you can enter the height and width of the agent.
If you make the agent larger or smaller than the default size, you'll need to do a lot of slide previewing to make sure the agent looks good on the screen with the other objects.
