The answers for this are either going to be correct or incorrect which is a help in making this work
If you have a text box which stores the text entered into it as a variable you can then compare that string to the correct or desired answer.
If you had an image with many of these to be filled with the answers then using a button which has a series of comparison statements you could check them all at once.
You might need to add a condition check that would declare if they were correct or not, perhaps a simple tick or cross graphic.
