At the moment there isn't a way to internationalise or localise Courselab. This meaning that the installation then changes the menus and possibly the content insertions into the default language used on a specific PC.
This has been raised before but I don't think it's going to be a top priority for the Dev team but will maybe happen eventually
For anyone who reads this i18n is what's called a numeronyum and is made up from the first and last letters of internationalise with 18 being the character count.
