By exe I assume that you mean a self contained single object then the answer is a no.
You could make a module into an exe format that would install the files onto a drive though. Not quite the same thing and probably not what you were thinking of.
Can you make a module linkable from a website then the answer is yes. That would be the same as the samples on this site.
You make the module and export it (all the files and folder structure) to a folder on your site. Then you add a link to the file that opens the module.
It is after all just a set of objects that run in a web browser so it's really simple to do this
