When it plays you get a small red cross box, like a file can't be found indicator?
First before publishing use the update objects, it should make sure all the files you need are in the right place.
After publishing use a file explorer and check that pretty much the same files are in the folder called 1 in the published files and the originals. Sometimes the odd file gets lost in publishing.
