Hello everyone,

I have a big problem and I really need help.
I have install courselab on another pc. My templates were saved on another pc.
Question how can I import the templates from that pc to the new one without saving as template a course?
It is very urgent pls help!

Best regards,
Diana

Hi, Diana,

You can do it as Kapil said, but there is also another way, which sometimes can be easier: open copy of module, made with some template, delete all unnecessary content and slides (i.e. make template) and add template to My Templates using menu Tools - Add module to templates.

It's probably more certain to use Slavs method as any links to files wil definitely be renamed by courselab and so maintained.

Hi Diana,

I guess when you are freshly installing courselab, the default templates from courselab are saved in a folder "Data" (usually its available in the Program Files/Courselab 2.4)

You can copy the data folder from this pc which has your customised templates, copy it and paste it in the Data folder in this new pc where you have installed courselab.

Regards,

Kapil
