There's no special command available to send data to LMS. All data is automatically sent to LMS on every slide to slide transition and on window closing (i.e. on "onunload" event).
To make score percentage values correct you should define correct maximal score value for "total" objective (or another objective, that is used as main module objective). Unfortunately it is not automatic process: you should sum up all maximal scores on all module questions and insert this sum in module runtime settings (menu Module - Runtime settings Objectives tab, select main module objective - usually "total" and define correct max. score).
