Can additional Agents be developed for CourseLab? Are any instructions/guidelines available for development?

Unfortunately, there's no standard API for Agents (it is the work in progress yet and it is quite hard, mostly because of browser/Flash player security). Until we have no standard API, there cannot be guidelines.
We can make custom agents on your request, but it is not free. If you are interested - please contact us at support@courselab.com.
