When I use a textbox (rounded corners) in edit mode and resize it (i.e. 350 x 534) in view mode it also widens the total frame.
So when I put a illustration next to the textbox the illustration will be hidden, next to the scrollbar there appears a blanco space.

Yes, we've found that too. We were trying to fit to different DIV rendering in different browsers, but it seems, that it leads us to another problem[:)]. It should be fixed in 2.4.

I've the same problem with normal textboxes, when will 2.4 be availlable (or is there a workarroud?)

That'll be the application of the same WC3 standards in totally different ways across the different browsers and for different document models on the same platform.
It's a pain when you've made something in HTML that works beautifully with pixel accuracy in one browser and the quirks of another give you a different result.
