The feedback logic is quite simple in this case: on timeout user's answer is automatically verified, if user's answer is correct - then "correct" feedback is displayed, if user's answer is incorrect - then "timeout" feedback is displayed. But you may change timeout feedback message in object's properties if you need that (for example, "Time is out, answer is incorrect").
