Is it somehow possible to record the time which is needed for the completion of each question? I have not found anything about that issue in the users manual.

In fact, the question time (latency) is collected by question (or test) object, but it is not easily accessible from run-time. It is sent to LMS in SCORM 2004 "cmi.interactions" array. But unfortunately, I still don't know any LMS can build reports on these parameters.

The other way is to use JAVASCRIPT action (using JavaScript Date object instances) on object events. Quite inconvenient, though.
