For those who would like to add "voice recording" feature into their projects, I suggest "http://gong.ust.hk/". Users of your projects can record their voice online and record the voice file into their own computer. Alternatively, the voice file can be recorded onto a directory in your web site as well. Developed as a part of the Moodle project, the voice recording applet is completely free.
