Not sure if anybody here can help me but I am having issues just registering the product so I can get in and use it. I entered my information and never received an email with a registration code. So, then I clicked on a link that brought to a website where I can re enter my information to receieve a registration code. I was given a code after clicking on the link but when I enter that code I receive an error saying the code is invalid. Can anyone provide any assistance so I can get in there and start using the product. Thanks.

Sometimes it happens. [:)]
The reason is simple: registration code depends on all registration fields - as you sent it when you push Register button. If you change some characters in fields after that: you are at risk to get an error with this code.
If you did not receive the email with code and use web-registration, then be aware that registration fields in the web-form are exactly equal with ones in CourseLab form.
And finally, the code IS case sensitive.
