Did you mean 'flash'(swf) or 'flash video'(flv)?
An swf here is no problem. I just tested it with a rather big and complex swf on the second of three slides.
However, depending on what the content of the swf is, ... it's quite easy to let the swf make some javascript calls and ruin the html page it is in.
