This isn't documented as yet partially because while it is there it hasn't been made at all friendly to use.
I think this on the list of things to do by the Courselab team but making one of the SCORM specifications most complex components easy to use is going to be difficult. There is a reference to the SCORM standard and an explanation of the mechanics of this in an answer to another post.
Best advice is play with it and see what you can do. IF you do make it work lets us all know!!
