Perhaps the problem is in Flash Player security settings on the computer. AFAIR Flash player does not allow JavaScript/ActionScript data exchange between Flash movie and active content from CD or local disk by default. Please try to add CD (as location) to Flash Player's Trusted zone (this is in Advanced FP settings - you can find it <a href="http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager04.html#117502">here</a> ).
The other reason can be two simultaneously launched modules with agents - agents are using Flash local connection mechanism with fixed local connection id, therefore if more than one LC is created, then both will fail.
