If this is a CD based module that opens with the simple web page that just opens the module, then just open the html file with a text editor (that doesn't mean M$word but notepad, Vi, memacs) search or the text string 'Med & UM' and replace it with something else.
If it is LMS based then you really need the files the module was based on, the .wcl and support files, as you would need to replublish it.
